Exercise during pregnancy has been proven time and time again to have endless health benefits for both Mum and Baby. Our energetic class is designed for mums-to-be who want to maintain fitness during pregnancy in a safe and effective workout program that will boost their energy levels.
Each session is actioned packed and aims to prepare Mums & Expectant mums for birth, recovery and motherhood.

When can I commence classes?
You can start our prenatal program anywhere between 6-30weeks of pregnancy, once you have received the ‘all clear’ from your GP/OB/MW. Many typically start from around the 12 week mark, but you can certainly start earlier if you are feeling well. You can continue to work out right up until your baby is born. The class is also full of postnatal mums who come back for more, with a bit of child-free fredom
What does a typical class look like?
Our expectant Mums are welcome to join our Mon/Thur 6pm, Friday 10.30am Pre-kanga class, Wed/Fri Yoga or Mon/Tues/Thur Family Circuit classes (If you have toddlers in tow, then our Family Circuit is a great choice for you). Pre-Kanga is a modified version of our most popular class, Kangatraining.
Pre-Kanga is a dance based workout designed to prepare you for pregnancy, birth, recovery & motherhood. Some of the variations include the use of rollers for myofascial stimulation, slightly more low impact and no babywearing whilst pregnant. We still have postnatal mums join in this class who do participate with their child in a carrier.
Our Night sessions Monday & Thursday 6pm are a mixture of dance based fitness, plus with added resistance training. The first half of the class focuses on cardiovascular training through some fun dance moves and the second half follows a great strength circuit format. All the resistance moves are designed to build up functional strength to prepare you for all the crazy ‘mum moves’ you will get yourself into and minimising the risk of injuring yourself ‘on the job’.
