How will my products be shipped?
We use Australia Post. Parcels should be received in Australia within 3-5days depending on your location.
*Please note Manduca carriers will be sent without the box
When will my order be shipped?
Your order is usually sent the following business day. Please understand that despite our best efforts, delays can happen in the post service.
Out of stock items
Our online store tracks our stock levels. As we also sell locally & on a very rare occasion our sales may cross over. If this occurs we will contact and notify you of an option to refund or exchange your item, or wait for restocking.
Nurtured Fitness offers a no fuss 7 day return on all orders excluding sale items.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Simply email us on receipt of the product and let us know, then post it back to us and we will arrange a store credit for your item or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to Nurtured Fitness.
Items must be in original packaging, accompanied with a copy of receipt, tags attached,unused and no marks or damage to items. We’ll also need a return shipping address if you’re making an exchange. Your replacement item will be sent out by Australia Post (Express Post includes additional charges). It will take approximately 5-7 days to process your return/exchange after we receive your item.
If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on sale items.
If you were sent your order as part of a free delivery offer, then we will credit you for the order, less the standard delivery charge.
*Note – if you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our sizing chart for guidance or send/email us your measurements and we will ship you the right size!
