Yoga & Pilates – Pregnancy & Mums n’ Bubs

At Nurtured Fitness we offer a whole body approach to Pre & Postnatal Fitness.  Core Pilates Yoga are very important parts of our programming as they have so many amazing benefits for both Pregnant & postnatal women.

Our unique Core Pilates class combines many of our favourite elements including mat Pilates work & toning of barre work.  With our specialised instructors we have a key focus on safely rebuilding your core & pelvic floor.  The exercises will strengthen & functionality mobilise your changing bodies, clear & calm the mind, balance posture, increase your fitness performance & increase your mind & body awareness.  Postnatal Mums are able to wear their child in baby carriers during the barre segment of the class (approx 15min) to keep them close and happy, plus add on extra resistance to your core work.

Mothers are encouraged and welcome to bring along their babies to both of these classes


Term 4 is a 10 week term.  We offer casual visits during the first 2 weeks of the term (Oct 8-18) before committing to the remainder of the term.  CLICK HERE to book a class now
