Thank you so much for stopping by Nurtured Fitness at the Expo on the weekend. We have drawn our main winner, however we would still love to offer you 1 week of free classes to come and experience us. The classes are so much fun and we have an amazing community of women.
The free classes are from August 14-20th only. Minimum wait periods apply (6 weeks post vaginal birth, 10 weeks post c-section birth and you must have had the verbal all clear from your health care provider to exercise). Pregnant women who are not over 30 weeks pregnant are also invited to try classes this week.

BAM – Babies And Mums aerobics class. Baby are welcome to enjoy the class in the carrier. Old children/toddlers are welcome in class too. Pregnant women can participate but no babywearing is allowed.
Kangatraining – Dance based babywearing workout – Postnatal only
Family Circuit – Play based circuit class. Ideal for Mums with children 1-4 years old in tow
Pilates & Core Yoga – Suitable for Pre & Postnatal women. Children are encouraged to come
Strong Mumma classes – night time sessions that are ‘child-free’ suitable for Pregnant & Postnatal women
