Welcome to the start of week 7! We are all about morning routines this week – woohoo. Totally doable no matter what type of sleep you have had and will set you up for an awesome day. Get your pen and paper and listen to the recording then put it into action.
Don’t forget to review your weekly meal & activity planner and check in how you are going with your habit checker. Keep giving yourself some feedback… without judgement… and just work out obvious strategies to improve and tweak each week. These reviews are not meant to be there to beat yourself up, or try to see things worse than they are. Just take the data on board and tweak it to improve.
