Where were you this time last year. I was 9 months pregnant and patiently waiting for my second child to arrive.

I can’t believe she is only 1 year old. So much has happened in our lives over the past 12 months and it has been awesome to have her buy my side.

What has happened in the past 12 months for you? Is this where you hoped to be?

In my life time I have had some big goals that I would like to achieve ‘one day’. These goals were so great to talk about. But some of those goals that have been sitting on my list for 10 years or more, I have literally done nothing about!

I guess I just thought, the right time would come, perhaps an opportunity would be nicely presented to me on a platter & it would be simple.

Well none of that happened did it!

This is your light blub moment! It is time to take action. There is no reason you can’t accomplish things you have always dreamed of.. you just need to start.

A couple of my big goals was launching on online fitness program (yes, you can check it out here) & being published in Fitness Magazines. I have 2 articles coming out in winter additions of 2 of my fav mags this year (you can see some of my externally published blogs here). A bit excited.

These are the steps you need to take to get the ball rolling

1. Choose your goal. Something you are so passionate about, something that gets you excited.

2. Get a Coach. Make yourself accountable. Find someone who is already on the path you want or achieved what you want. Learn from there and get their support

3. Dedicate some time each week get all the background work done. Give yourself some deadlines to work with so it doesn’t just keep floating by

4. Be proud of yourself. It doesn’t matter if you fail. If you never try you are 100% never goal to achieve it… but if you try your odds dramatically increase.
